Strawberry Sorbet with Balsamic Glaze

I LOVE chopping fresh strawberries and eating them with a drizzle of balsamic glaze. You wouldn’t think that balsamic and strawberries go together, but the tanginess from the balsamic and the sweetness from the strawberries seem to pair perfectly!

Balsamic Glaze is just balsamic vinegar that has been cooked down to form a thicker, sweeter glaze. You can make it at home by cooking balsamic vinegar over the stove for a few minutes until it thickens and reduces, or you can buy it easily at the grocery store.

Strawberry Sorbet with Balsamic Glaze
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries, thawed for 10 minutes
  • 1 Tbsp Balsamic glaze (You can find this in your grocery store near the salad dressings)
  1. Run the strawberries through the Dessert Bullet Chute into a bowl.
  2. Drizzle with your balsamic Glaze and eat immediately! Enjoy!
